Japanese people love “furikake”.  That’s seasoning for rice.  I’m so clueless that I think I lived here for years before realizing that furikake even existed.  (Where I come from, it’s salt and butter on rice.)


What kind of furikake do YOU think is on this rice?

Let’s just say that my son enjoyed it.  I tried a sample, but prefer my rice plain.  I noticed my darling husband also declined the offer of this furikake.
