No toilet paper in the toilet!! It goes in the trash. I discovered this is a HARD habit to break.
A 7-11 convenience store.
I went on a morning walk to explore and found this little shrine.
My niece buying street food for breakfast for us. We ate almost all our meals at street stalls. And did not get sick once!
This is “take out” food. People buy it and take it home.
So……what country is it!?!
Hint: It was totally terrific!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

When I saw the money I knew it was Thailand. I was impressed that you didn’t get sick by eating at the food stalls. I went to Thailand and had a totally different experience. I couldn’t wait to go home. I’m glad people can go there and enjoy all the local cultural things. It gives me hope that maybe I can go back and actually have fun! I did like the cheap shopping though- I bought tons of clothes and shoes that were so cheap I could not believe it!
I guess I should have put the money last! LOL I didn’t shop much. Mostly ate my way through Thailand! I’ll put up an explosion of photos (photobomb) in the coming days……..
Sorry you didn’t enjoy it. Did you get sick from the food or the water? Of course I didn’t drink the water, and constantly felt I was on the search for potable water.
I think it was the food. We also ate at street vendors but I drank only beverages we bought in bottles. I got such a bad case of stomach cramps and the runs I could barely stand it.
